Public Meeting #2 Recap: South Brooklyn Branch

South Brooklyn Public Meeting #2

The South Brooklyn Branch had its second of two public meetings on July 13th, 2016 at the Senior Citizens Resources Meeting Hall. Almost 20 people came out on a very hot night to share their thoughts and reactions.

The public presentation summed up the engagement we’ve conducted so far; proposed some initial recommendations; and presented a series of design ideas, with a coordinating survey that attendees could fill out with their preferred alternatives.

Pearl Rd Reading Garden

A design idea to add a reading garden to the library property along Pearl Rd. Attendees were asked how they felt about these sorts of improvements as a way of gauging community priorities.
